Thank you for your purchase.  We stand behind the products we sell 100% and will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.  Please inspect your product(s) as soon as you receive it.  If you encounter any problems, you must contact us within 14 days upon delivery.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.  Once an order is shipped, it can not be cancelled.  Please note due to the custom-made nature of Advanblack products, any orders canceled after 48 hours and within 3 weeks will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, and all cancellations after 3 weeks will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.



We only accept returns within 14 days upon delivery.  If for any reason you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days.  Due to the custom-made nature of some of our products, such as Advanblack custom paint matched parts, we will charge a 20% restocking fee for such returns.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated to return product(s) for refund or exchange.  All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  We retain the right to refuse any return.



To report a problem: Please take a few pictures to show the problem area(s) (If it’s visible).  Email the pictures to  In the email, please specify the issue with your item(s).  If we decide that the issue requires a replacement, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization.  After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with Proof of purchase, return authorization, and pictures of damage or defect, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.  Refunds will not be issued for any item(s) after 14 days of receipt of item(s).
